Then just launch HZD and check your performance, the change is amazing and instant. I run steam on elevated admin privileges, so make sure you run it too, just in case. My GPU performance is with-in range or "normal" on both tests but the CPU performance is the one that got fixed, so that might be a clue as to why this "fix" works. So I bought the EPIC version of the game, and if i run it just like that it runs like crap but if i run the game through STEAM (as an added non-steam game) the thing runs absolutely amazing.
